Our detached homes boast well proportioned, open plan living spaces featuring large bifold doors onto the rear garden. All our homes also have a good size separate lounge with feature fireplaces. The exterior design utilises external finishes such as Derbyshire stone, heritage bricks and aluminium windows.
KITCHENS
Choose from a range of high quality, professionally designed classic or contemporary style kitchens. Offered in a variety of colours with coordinating worktops in granite or quartz. Stainless steel appliances including double oven, hob with extractor fan and integral fridge freezer and dishwasher. Kitchen upgrades are available if an offer is accepted early enough in the build programme.
BATHROOM AND EN-SUITES
Our homes feature contemporary bathrooms with branded sanitary ware in white, chrome fittings, towel rails and walk in showers. As well as a family bathroom and en-suite to the master bedroom many of our poperies also feature an additional en-suite to the second bedroom.
ELECTRICAL AND SECURITY
Electrical points and lighting throughout including television points to main living areas and bedrooms. Smoke detectors to all floors. For extra security an advanced burglar alarm system is fitted as standard, all external windows and doors have a multi-point locking system. Electrically operated garage door.

EFFICIENT CENTRAL HEATING
Efficient gas fired central heating with system boiler and thermostatic rad valves to radiators where applicable.
SMART HOME FEATURES
We’ve added a number of energy saving smart features to our homes including: Google Nest thermostats to remotely control heating and hot water, Googles Nest doorbell to check in at any time and Smart lighting systems to living, kitchen and external areas to allow remote and voice control.
